06.01.2022 What an awesome turnout for the first Tuesday session! Tabata was the the programme for today and it was lovely to have some of my Thursday regulars there as well as Danielle, Taylah (first time), Kylie returning and Jenelle. Awesome effort everyone, make sure you rehydrate and see you soon! I apologise some of the photos were blurry so a couple of people missed having their photo on here.

04.01.2022 Wowsers!! First class back and what an awesome start for the year. I welcome Kylie to the group who is new to training but certainly kept up with the class! Obviously, almost 3 weeks off hasn’t affected their training or enthusiasm. Well done everyone! It’s going to be a great year of training.

01.01.2022 What a day!! Spent 2.5hrs buying an IPhone from Telstra store in Rouse Hill and I am already a Telstra customer (Richmond didn’t have the one I wanted). I have now just gone back to my old phone to transfer all my contacts to new phone and it has deleted them all. I don’t have anyone’s numbers written down! So would you all PLEASE if you have given me your phone number send me a message saying who you are so I can update my phone with your number. Oh dear, there were over 100 contacts in my phone
