03.01.2022 Some house keeping leading up to the silly season: When to arrive: We recommend that you arrive five minutes before your service time to check in and relax. We endeavour to be running on time but if something arises and we are running a little late we will let you know as soon as you arrive. ... What if I am late for my appointment: Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your service. All clients receive a message the day prior of your appointment. Please be sure to check the time of your booking. If you attend a booking any later than 15 min after your scheduled time your appointment will either be CANCELLED or less services may be provided. Example:1/2 head foils may be reduced to 1/4 head foils etc. This is at the discretion of the stylist. We will do our best to absorb the time missed, however; as a courtesy to all our clients all services are completed as scheduled. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes you will need to reschedule appointments and kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. All appointments over two hours duration will be charged a cancelation fee should we receive less than 24 hours notice when cancelling. Thank you for understanding.
