24.01.2022 From this Friday obtaining a loan will become easier for thousands, following amendments to the credit reporting code. The big change is that any civil court actions will no longer be reflected in individual or business credit scores. Currently a customer credit rating score provided by Credit Reporting Bureaus could be severely impacted by a civil claim filed (such as a writ or summons) causing financiers to decline applications for finance. Even if the claim didnt make it ...to court or result in a judgement. The good news is that writs and summons from Friday will no longer appear on credit reporting information. Only judgements will be recorded on a persons credit file, and they must be credit related in order to impact a credit score. Other changes to the code make it easier for individuals to prevent identity and credit fraud. You can find out more information via the link below: https://www.oaic.gov.au//credit-reporting-changes-to-bene/

24.01.2022 It's not always easy to obtain finance when your business is still growing, and not trading a full two years with completed financials. After two weeks of trying to get approved with his banker, Anthony was referred to me and I was able to get his vehicle finance approved within a couple of days, and at a very competitive interest rate. Anthony was very happy with the easy process, and even happier with is brand new Toyota Hybrid RAV4. Contact me today to save time and take the difficulty out of your next finance purchase, call Katrina 0402 027 026 #equipmentfinance #IAWO #banking #IPF #Agriculture #Earthmoving #roadprofiling #landscaping

19.01.2022 Took some time away from the office this week to attend the Pickles Auction, and meet with a client from up north. Was a successful day of bidding on a 16 year old scraper, we approved and settled finance within 4 days. www.centrepointfinance.com.au Katrina 0402 027 026.

12.01.2022 Like many of you, I have spent the last 3 weeks working from home, self isolating, and was looking forward to a holiday away from home which has been cancelled. It has definitely been a heartbreaking few weeks hearing my hard working clients experiences during Covid19. We have all had to endure so much change and loss recently so I hope you can all still manage to have a wonderful Easter at home. Even though we would rather be on our holidays and celebrating with family ...and friends, I hope its a good break and you all stay healthy. I wanted to also share some recent gratitude moments I have had and hope you can take this down time to reflect and appreciate everything you have (and maybe even share). 1. My family, Ive always been grateful for my amazing family but Ive never truly realised how much I rely on them for the smallest things, like a cup of tea with my sister talking absolute rubbish and having a good vent (she really puts up with me a lot) I cant wait to just sit and share our ups and downs, cuddle my niece and laugh about something stupid your husband has done 2. My sons, you have driven me to drink more than usual lately, but Ive learnt so much about you both during iso, especially the special love hate bond you have, you are so lucky to have each other, and Im proud to be your Mumma 3. My home, I always wanted a bigger better forever home, and while I was watering my gardens after some much needed gardening, I sat (with a beautiful glass of red) and realised how beautiful my home is, and how much love, laughter and memories its shared, why would I want or need anything more. Happy Easter, stay home, stay safe and healthy. Xx

09.01.2022 Just completed setting up funding for one of my long term clients in Victoria. This Kenworth T358 addition will compliment their current fleet perfectly. Helping clients to expand their business, is one of the most rewarding perks of my job! #equipmentfinance #financebroker #IAWO

08.01.2022 Like everyone, I have been keeping a watchful eye on the impact the current Covid-19 virus is having on the Australian economy and, in particular, the inevitable impact it will have on my clients. Both individuals and business may be impacted in a variety of ways and whilst every situation is different, I am pleased to advise that the financiers with whom I deal are introducing a range of support measures to help minimise financial hardship during this unprecedented event. To... assist I have provided an information page that is a handy reference to access current information on how to contact Financiers together with links to Federal and State Government Support information. To find out more click on this link https://lnkd.in/gKYNbHV I sincerely hope that you and your family remain healthy. 06.01.2022 Its so easy lately to get caught up in the negativity on the news and social media. I like this little caption, and keep reminding myself to be mindful of staying positive and optimistic #financebroker #equipmentfinance

06.01.2022 Happy Monday! Just settled finance on this beast of a Dodge Ram, for one of my wonderful clients. #equipmentfinance#transport#earthmoving#agriculture#tractors

04.01.2022 With over 20 lenders and banks on our panel, it makes it possible to fund almost any asset and any type of client. Last week I was given the opportunity to finance a young client into his first truck, it was a satisfying feeling being able to help a client get their own business up and running. With my previous experience in new ventures I was able to get the finance approved with one of the major banks at a very competitive interest rate.

02.01.2022 I am very lucky to have such wonderful clients, they certainly help make my job very satisfying, especially on the hard days in the office. Thank you Laurie Wicks for your recommendation, and allowing me to fund your beautiful new Dodge Ram. #equipmentfinance #IAWO #vehiclefinance #banking 'Katrina is amazing. She has assisted us in 3 purchases now, over the past 6 or so years. Katrina and her team are very professional. Thank you.'

01.01.2022 With all the uncertainty and difficulties we are experiencing at the moment, we are still open for business and enquiries. I have been busy helping those impacted by Covid19 implement payment deferrals on there loans, and helping clients take advantage of the governments $150k instant asset write off policy. I just assisted one of my hard working clients purchase a used grinder which will be claimed under the instant asset write off this financial year, this will have a positive impact on the business cash flow by reducing tax significantly. For more information on any of the governments schemes please dont hesitate to contact me anytime on 0402 027 026. #equipmentfinance #IAWO
