24.01.2022 We are busy packing for the Plant Lovers Fair this weekend. We will have lots of Rhipsalis and Lepismium baskets, Hoyas and orchids.

21.01.2022 Hold all tickets: Collectors' postponed A press release today from the Office of the Prime Minister has announced a #ban on public gatherings greater than 500... people from Monday, affecting a multitude of public events including Collectors' Plant Fair 2020. As a result we will #postpone the fair until advice from Health Australia allows us to proceed. This decision does not come easy to Linda or myself. We are sincerely grateful for the gargantuan effort from hundreds our trusted stall holders and growers. We know how this impacts you, your families, your travel plans and your beautiful plants. We know the effort you have made over the last year to grow plants just for us! We are sincerely disappointed and frustrated too. We also understand how you, our plant-lovers are impacted, we share your disappointment with you that the best weekend of the year has to wait until the ban is lifted. Unfortunately there is no other way. The media release also announced that "a new National Cabinet, made up of the Prime Minister, Premiers and Chief Ministers has been set up and will meet at least weekly to address the country’s response to the coronavirus, COVID-19." Further details will be discussed in a meeting on Sunday between the National Cabinet and the AHPPC, after-which we hope more information will come to light that may inform our future plans. We will watch closely for developments. Collectors' Plant Fair will #honour all #valid tickets already purchased when the event is clear to run. We will advise of the date at the earliest possible opportunity. Keep an eye on our Facebook posts for updates in the meantime.
