Great for a quick and easy dinner, whilst a white cheesy sauce/ tomato pasta sauce is cooking in your Thermomix. Could even use blend mode on your thermomix to blitz some veggies to hide within the sauce for kids or even husbands

17.01.2022 Chicken breast with todays expiry date I filtered my cookidoo search to recipes using chicken breast. Homemade rissoles! ... Chicken breast was minced in the thermomix in 7 seconds, then egg, 2 slices of bread turned into breadcrumbs, some parmesan cheese, lemon rind, fresh herbs, garlic and frozen veggies. All mixed, grated, minced, chopped and weighed into the one bowl, then thrown in the airfryer for 12 minutes.. DONE! 1 bowl and 1 spatula left to clean up!

Previously, a rushed TAKEAWAY would have been the solution Instead, we cooked a RISOTTO This is a favourite because its so quick, requires only a few ingredients and the thermomix does all the cooking and stirring whilst we get kids bathed AMAZING! And saved so much time and $$$

05.01.2022 P I Z Z A N I G H T Homemade Pizza bases Pizza #1... Leftover Curried mince with baby spinach and greek yoghurt. Also homemade pizza sauce made in the thermo with lots of hidden veggies and soo much flavour! Pizza #2 Caramelised onion and bacon cooked in the thermo with homemade smoked paprika sauce (also thermo) and marinated steak. This is why we LOOOVEE our thermomix! So many awesome flavours, so fresh and much healthier then bought pizzas!!
