23.01.2022 I tried a new recipe tonight. Tomato risotto. It was delicious. I love the fact that I am still constantly trying new recipes. Whether they’re ones my customers send me, new ones I find on Cookidoo or something from all of the amazing Thermomix lovers online, it’s so nice to be a part of this community. When you buy a Thermomix- you’re purchasing so much more then just an incredible machine.

23.01.2022 I love this varoma tray from The Mix Shop. It’s designed to fit perfectly into your varoma and it makes clean up a breeze. Tonight I cooked egg in the varoma while making the rice underneath for this delicious fried rice! I then fried up the chicken, vegetables and ham on my high heat setting. It was so easy and tasty. 22.01.2022 Chocolate muffins that taste so good you will have no idea there are hidden vegetables in them! These are a fantastic lunchbox snack and they freeze really well.

22.01.2022 Sunday afternoon is my quick school food day. Today I made some beautiful dough from scratch (two minutes in my Thermomix) and wrapped it in my Thermomix mat for 10 mins until it doubled in size. These mats are one of my favorite Thermomix accessories! Then I rolled it out and put some toppings on. This recipe is so versatile- you could add spinach, ham, cheese, herbs, vegemite or even lots of hidden vegetables. (My favorite). ... While the dough was proofing. I quickly whipped up my banana bread recipe. I love a good banana loaf - but that takes an hour in the oven and this is my quick school food day! So instead, I put my bread batter in our beautiful silicone muffin molds - perfect lunchbox sizes and they only take 15 minutes in the oven!

21.01.2022 This is another great way to use your varoma. This recipe steams cabbage on top while cooking your beef and mushrooms below. I didn’t have any cabbage today so I just used whatever greens I had in the fridge. It’s a great way to add extra vegetables if you’re feeding a big family. Don’t be afraid to change things up!
