13.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone, just a few tips when booking my services. 1. I am only an internal cleaner. 2. If your booking a bond clean, your property must be removed from the area or that area will NOT be cleaned. (I am not a removalist/packer). 3. When you book for that day, you have booked for just that day, (if you want me return to finish a area for example that area had property in it) you will need to rebook another day to return. 4. If you need your bond clean done by a ...certain time/date, (make sure ur property is out before the cleaners booked) no cleaner likes to return!. As for my 1 and only incident of a customer booing my services who had left property in the (kitchen) you cannot demand me to come 3 days later when the property was removed, I couldnt fit that customer in the books that day they asked and started getting very negative remarks and feedback from there friends and family. And I want to thank the kind ladies that have messaged me and understand where I am coming from and have encourage me to continue Thank you
