24.01.2022 With our deepest regret we are forced to close our restaurant temporarily once again due to the re-introduction to Stage 3 lockdown in Melbourne. Thank you for contacting us by call and email to cancel your reservation. We will be processing the cancellations for all the reservations in the next 6 weeks and we will make full refunds for prepaid reservations shortly. Please allow us the next couple of days to process and we will contact you by email or by phone. You will receive a cancellation/ refund notification by email. It was a special time with people who really cared about the food industry in Australia. Kazuki had great fun cooking his dish (with an amazing view from @vuedemonde kitchen!) with beautiful fresh black truffles from Oakhill Truffle Farm in Gordon, Central Highlands region of Victoria. Special thanks to Simon and Mari san for giving us the opportunity to be part of th...is event. Many thanks to @friendandburrell for supplying us the amazing quality truffles to use and for connecting chefs, bakers and restaurateurs to the producer. Another big thank you to Sam san and the film crew for your help, patience and kindness. .
