If I have canceled an appointment over the last few months I have canceled for good reasons, I'm a workaholic and will never cancel for the fun of it but first and foremost my family/partner and my health are my priority. When you receive a treatment from me it will be only when I know I can give you my full potential as a Therapist. If at any point I don't return phone calls or text I apologise I recieve alot and can't possibly get back to them all ...and work the long hours I do, having the online booking system is perfect for everyone to see when is my next available appointment. 06.01.2022 APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE One of the most rudest things you can do is make an appointment and not honor it. When you simply don't show up, you are not considering my business and don't care about my time. I'm a single mum and you are taking away my children's time!... The value of time is precious I have a wait list! Client's waiting on appointments for weeks so have some respect and cancel so I can give them to more deserving clients. NEW RULES!!!! NO SHOW, you will not be able to make an appointment with me until you have paid for the last appointment you didn't show up to, no exemption will be considered.

05.01.2022 Holiday's are over!!!!! I'm back in the clinic as of tomorrow.
