19.01.2022 Creating a unique culture in your Kingdom Business: Value Others Throughout your Kingdom Business, your unique theme should be creating a culture that Values others. Valuing your team members is key to creating a successful Kingdom Business.... The journey in the culture is learning how to be that vessel who brings others value. We hear story after story from people who have been wounded by organizations, businesses, ministries, or other entities, by not being valued. Of course, as a leader, it is helpful to know, that valuing others does not oppose valuing the vision for the teamactually, they complement each other. Whether it’s a Business, Church or Ministry, creating a Valued Culture is vital and life-giving to your business. What you should aim to create is a relational environment where others are celebrated for who they are, without stumbling over who they are not. 15.01.2022 Integrity Integrity is developed and demonstrated in the little things of life. When confronted with a decision that compromises our integrity, we can sometimes think Oh, it’s only a small thing. No one will really know about this or be affected by it besides me. It really doesn’t matter anyway etc The problem with this line of reasoning is that it is self deception. Jesus tells us, Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dish...onest with very little, will also be dishonest with much. (Luke 16:10) It’s in the little things that our true self is revealed and developed - for better or for worse. If we are not faithful in the little things, we will not be faithful in much bigger tests. There is no small matter of disobedience or dishonesty with God. Because Integrity can be developed, we want to create patterns of integrity in our daily dealings. For example, how often do we say to someone I’ll pray for you, only to forget to intercede for the person ever again. Better not to promise, then to break a pledge. In this time of crisis, with economic uncertainty, Holy Spirit reveals strategies and plans for you to be in a position not affected by the worldly economy. Through revelation, we see God’s perfect plan for financial freedom, only when we are so united and sensitive to His voice.... Kingdom Business owners need to learn to yield to the Spirit, to begin to have revelation concerning the mysteries of God, for their business. One way we can yield to him is by allowing the Holy Spirit to take control of our mind. When we yield to Him we get strengthened. When the Holy Spirit prays out the mysteries of God through us, the truth comes by revelation supernaturally. Jesus said, that when we allow the Spirit to lead, He will lead us into everything that is true. Poverty is not what God wants for His people.
