Job role includes: - Oversee the food service, including su...pervision and training or bistro staff. - Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service at all times - Meeting with clientele and planning of functions/bookings. - Liaising with the kitchen in particular the Head Chef & Sous Chef. - Ensuring the bistro is kept to a high standard of cleanliness & tidiness - Opening & Closing of bistro, ensuring cleaning is completed, Tills are balanced and area is secured. Laura has just been picked to represent NT as a finalist in the Proud to be a chef competiti...on with her blackberry panacotta rhubarb gel, candied rhubarb and whites chocolate mousse dessert entry. Laura will go onto a all expenses paid trip to compete at a national level with her dessert. She will compete with other apprentices across Australia representing Northern Territory To say we are proud of Laura is a understatement and we wish her all the best in competing at a national level.
