23.01.2022 September Pro Bono call out! This month I'm looking for a woman with primary school aged kids or younger, whose main health goal is to lose weight. So if you can commit to this 4 week program, PM me. Each week we will have a one on one session, online (so you don't even need to leave home), we will create long, medium and short term goals, work on resetting your mindset, replacing old habits with new, life long sustainable ones, and of course we will be talking about food.... So PM me if you are interested (or share if you know someone who might be) and can show me that you are committed to working with me to create an amazing you! But get in quick! 13.01.2022 'What does Health Coaching offer?' I hear you ask! Well read on... I support mothers who have become lost in the world of motherhood. We work together to 'find themselves' again, to be happy and accepting in their own skin, and to be fantastic mums by putting themselves first. Diets don't work! I don't offer a diet plan or insist on a gym membership. My program is probably like nothing you've thought of before and is all about making lifelong change.... There are several options to choose from: 8 Week Reset Program - $249 This program is designed to create life long healthy habits that will change your life. Changing habits is a staged process and in this small, private group environment (4 women) is key to making it work! Together, we work through a variety of steps, are accountable to each other, and support each other in reaching our individual goals. By learning to love yourself, reducing stress, feeding your body beautiful nutritious food and moving your body, shedding weight will be a side effect. Topics will include (but not limited to): Clean eating, meal plans, food substitution, contaminants, gut health, exercise, planning etc. What you get: - 6 Group sessions - 2 Private one on one sessions (week 1 and week 8) - Personalised check ins - Program pack including diary, wall charts, goal setting sheets etc. - Body measurements, weigh ins, professional before and after photos (only if you want to!) - Group accountability and support. One on One - 4 Session Pack - $200 Things don't change overnight and a one off session is unlikely to see life long change. This pre-purchased pack is designed to save you money but to also get you results. We work together to set goals and work out the best way for you to get there. This pack includes 4 one hour sessions. One on One - 1 hour - $75 Best used to keep you on track after completion of an initial program, or perhaps a good way to explore my services a bit more before committing to another pack. 09.01.2022 As the end of 2018 draws near (and so quickly too!), where are you at with your dreams and goals for your health? Have you gotten yourself to a place where you are happy with your achievements and where you’re at? Or are you still at a place that you don’t like? How many years have you been in this undesirable place? ... Have you tried all sorts of diets, gone to the gym, etc., but still stayed the same? Or maybe you lost a few kg’s, just to put them all back on again. Is 2019 going to be another year, just like this one? Or are you going to do something different to reach your goals this time? We all have different goals, different starting points and different obstacles to overcome. To make a positive change in your life, it takes dedication and hard work. Changing old habits that have been around for a while can be sooo challenging. A decade of bad habits can’t be changed in a 12 week ‘challenge’. It takes time and is a staged process. 05.01.2022 I love smoothies, I have one nearly every day! So I've been busy working on a few smoothie creations and am putting them all together into a little e-book . I'll be talking about the ingredients and why I choose the brands that I do. Also where I source things like berries, from up the road in Silvan. Can you guess what flavors are in this little baby?... Miss 10 has been styling and taking some of the photos!
