17.01.2022 KCHL Lawyers welcomed Myles Heath to our team in July, 2019 in the capacity of Law Clerk. Myles was born in Gladstone before his family moved to Emerald. He spent his childhood growing up on his family’s small cattle property at Yamala, about 25km East of Emerald. Myles’ family have been Central Queensland locals since the early 1960s. Myles attended primary school at Emerald State School before completing his education at The Rockhampton Grammar School in 2014.... After graduating from high school, Myles took a gap year to find out what it was he wanted to do in life. After some deliberation, Myles decided on a double degree in Law and Accounting. He subsequently made the decision to leave number crunching to others, determining that a career in the law was what he wanted to pursue. Myles will finish his law degree and practical legal training by October 2020 and looks forward to being admitted to practice law at KCH Lawyers shortly after. In his spare time, Myles enjoys keeping fit and spending time with friends and at his family’s property, now at Wowan. He also works as a casual racing steward and can be found at the greyhounds most Wednesday nights and the races on the occasional Saturday.

11.01.2022 We are very pleased to welcome back our Senior Conveyancing Officer, Vicki, after having taken 6 weeks' leave to undergo surgery scheduled for April this year, but postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We are happy to report that Vicki’s surgery was a success and she looks forward to feeling ‘tip top’ again. While Vicki was away the Conveyancing market in Rocky took a bit of a positive spin which made it even harder for us to keep on top of things while she was absent. Although we seem to have gotten through this period without any issues, boy are we pleased to have Vicki back on deck! We wish Vicki all the best with her recovery and are glad to have her back in the role she loves so much, as KCHL’s head of the Conveyancing Department
