24.01.2022 Freshly laid black butt decking, straight with equal gaps To keep my deck jobs looking like this for years to come, i always coat timbers all over once before there laid with (Intergrain natures timber oil) also coat ends once they have been cut. Another coat once deck is finished. 18.01.2022 Job recently finished pulling down old glass roof, which was to hot to sit under and litter with water damage issues. Replaced with new lined area which gives great cover from the elements all year round, but with the high ceiling they dont loose any veiw from there spot on top of the hill. clients were extremely happy with how the build went, they have been quick to book in the next stage of upgrades before they miss desired time slot. #centralcoast#matcham#kdfconstruction#custom#outdoorentertaining#designer#upgrade#new#brickfireplace#liningboardceiling

05.01.2022 Had too think outside the box on this (cover pumps and heater/salt from ocean/ventalate cuz heater is gas/must be non combustible products/clients dont want to wait for aluminum products or cost/no sharp edges incase kids run past it.. Removed stairs going down to pump with hatch that can be opened to get down to pump to clean filters out. Before hiring a trade, do your research! Ask for photos of pasts jobs or you might end up bot being happy with the result. These pics are just 1 of the most recent repairs ive had to do.
