21.01.2022 We're celebrating having Shams as part of our KEEN team. 12 months ago, we undertook a program in partnership with the Migrant Resource Centre Launceston (MRC) and CVGT Australia. We selected a group of candidates from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds to run a pilot program for the purpose of empowering them to move from seasonal work to semi-skilled regular work. Shamsodin was one of the Migrants who undertook a 1 week Tafe course before he started 12... weeks work experience in the workplace. After the trial, he was offered a position to stay working for us at KEEN, with the Industry Partner he'd been placed with. Shams continues to work with us, as the whole crew do, and has become an asset to the company where he's placed. Congrats Shams!
