18.01.2022 Xmas Trading - Closed from 19th Dec through to 5th Jan, however we will have limited ability to do some jobs during the break but you must pre book as spots are very limited.

17.01.2022 Ill never understand why someone would go to the trouble of being interviewed for a position, win the job and then not show up for the first days work. It happens often enough that i have for some time now got into the habit of asking them to at least warn me by text if going to be a no show to allow me to make arrangements yet this morning it happens yet again. I would love to see a national register where new starting employees can be registered and those serial offenders can be tracked and have their benefits preferably cut but at least minimised.

10.01.2022 Well thankfully it was a fizzer, no water at the yard. Now to unpack everything and get back to normality.

09.01.2022 Not often but every now and again we get questioned about how much we charge for a job. We never claim to be the cheapest but we are certainly not the most expensive. We do however strive to do our jobs correctly and safely which does unfortunately in most cases take longer and there for cost more. Recently there was an accident with in the industry while installing edge protection on a house roof which resulted in a broken back. Although our thoughts are with him and we wish him a complete and speedy recovery, i want to assure our clients we do everything we can to avoid this scenario and this generally comes at the cost of the job taking a little longer to complete. Keep safe everyone.

06.01.2022 Was on the tools today with my guys, had to brush up on my old Melboune terracotta skills, we railed 155m of 2.5 storey flat Wonderlich terracottas. 25 degree pitch, 2 half octagonal sections and i lost count of the valleys that had hips running 1 course away. Must have replaced 70 odd broken tiles too. Fun, Fun, Fun.

05.01.2022 This is the new Caterpillar Shed at Yatala, we did this job late last year. In this pic there is over 1km of rail installed. Be nice to get a couple of these a year.

04.01.2022 Well we are evacuating our yard under instruction due to the Logan and Albert Rivers peaking this evening. It is predicted that our yard might go 4m under water. In light of this we are loading our trucks and re-locating them to the Gold Coast out of harms way. We will carry enough gear to cover our workload for works we have booked on for this week, beyond those jobs we will play it by ear as it will depend on when we can get back in to our yard..
