24.01.2022 Yesterday we welcomed the only foal for this year, this lovely filly out of Kudalari Pride by Kudalari Noble Prince(QH)

24.01.2022 Keipa Double Victory aka DV had his first ride yesterday since he spent 2 weeks being broken in last May by Joel Chamberlain. I lunged him for 20 minutes and then walked him for 5 minutes in round yard. Never put a hoof wrong. Even remembered how to back up. Excited to get him going and eventually draft him. Sorry no pics

23.01.2022 Last weekend our campdraft season started with the Fish Creek campdraft. I only took Prinny and she had 3 runs for 3 outside scores. Very impressed with her considering shes had hardly any work since the last Draft of last season. Next weekend Meeniyan Draft at Dumbalk. Thanks to all who contributed to make a great draft

22.01.2022 A successful end to the season at Salt River draft. Prinny made maiden final with an 86 and placed 7th and just missed novice final with an 86. Sugar made novice final with an 88. Unfortunately no luck in either final. Sugar also had an 81 in the open. Then Sunday after being persuaded to stay Sat night for the ladies on Sunday I gave Prinny the run. Well she stepped up on tough cattle and run a 20 4 & 63 for an 87 to win. So now shes a novice. Yay. Thanks to all sponsors and the Salt River Committee for finding the cattle to run a draft in such dry times. This also marks one year since I moved to East Gippsland. #yarrawaparkstockhorses

22.01.2022 Sadly our extraordinary mare Atkins Sugar HSH had complications after follow up surgery for an ethmoid hematoma in her sinus cavity and passed away on the 17th May. Her highlights include winning Supreme working, reserve champion working 2yo, champion working 3yo ASH Nationals. Also being awarded the ASHS Westpac Star of the Year recipient. She finalled in the Canning Downs draft and placed in the Novice at the Rocky Rush. Her life cut short at 9yrs of age Many thanks to Mat Holz for all his time and education making this horse what she had become. Also all the behind the scenes work Tristan Holz done. Thankyou is not enough.

22.01.2022 Dec 7 and 8 I took Prinny to the Stony Creek/Meeniyan campdraft held at the Dumbalk grounds. Prinny ran an 86 in the first round of the novice 4 novice followed by an 85 in the 17 horse final to finish =5th. (Yes I got the 6th ribbon) She then ran a 77 in Sundays Novice. So amazed how far she has come in 18 months. Thanks to all judges, sponsors, helpers and committee members, backyards men, transport drivers etc Job well done.

21.01.2022 December 8 & 9 at Fish Creek draft @ Yanakie. Horses went well. Ophir Abou ran an 84 in the maiden and Prinny had a 21 camp she is progressing nicely for her third start. Again I finalled on Sugar in the Novice with an 84 then 77 in final. Getting more of a partnership happening. Video of my 23 camp in Sunday Novice. Thanks to everyone involved with this great draft.

19.01.2022 Thanks to Yanakie draft commitee for a fantastic weekend. The evr reliable and consistant Prinny ran an 88 in first round of Novice with 205 entries. Then backed up with an 89 in final totalling 177. There was an exciting 6 way run off all on 179 with Tom Ford winning. Sunday Novice Prinny again ran a full course but had to work hard for it with a 22 4 56 for an 81.

18.01.2022 A great albeit wet weekend at the MDU draft. Prinny ran an 87 in both Novices making the final of both then 21 camps in finals. She also ran an 82 in the Saturday open. She still amazes me how far shes come a in such a short time. Thanks to everyone involved.

18.01.2022 Sugars 89 point run in the Open at MDU draft on Saturday at Dumbalk. She then ran an 86 in the final to place 4th. Prinny made her first final with an 87 in the maiden but with a tough beast in final only had a 14 camp. So happy how she is progressing in her first season.

Prinny made the Novice final and my first ever run on Mystery in the maiden he ran an 88 and with a 21 in final placing equal 10th. 10.01.2022 Keipa Expected (Ted) back in April severed his common digital extensor tendon and has been confined since. He has finally been given all clear by vets and should be fine as a riding horse. Fingers crossed.

08.01.2022 Feb 29th/March 1st I took Prinny to Lang Langs first draft which was just fantastic although we had no luck. March 7th and 8th I took Prinny and Indy to Tarwin Valley. Indy had her forst run with me and gated for an 81 in maiden and has since been sold. Prinny ran an 87 in Nov 4 Nov missing final by 1 point. Thanks to all committee, judges, sponsors, backyards ppl, transporters, cattle donors and catering . Truly appreciated.
