25.01.2022 Stay calm and take this chance to rest. Last time brisbane was in lock down I went into a spiral of emotions from anxiety, fear, and almost made my self sick from worrying about money, work and family And then just like that it was all over ( for us in Brisbane anyway) ... This time I am choosing to stay calm, watch movies, cook new recipes, play with my kids. 10.01.2022 Knowing when to STOP, REST, RESET We are on the home stretch of a big road trip from Brisbane to cairns and this morning I woke up feeling like I had been hit by a truck, no energy to make decisions, no want to please everyone with their breakfast request, I feel done with it all. I have spent so much time and money trying to pull together the perfect website, image, flyers, you name it I have tried it From today onwards I am going to stop thinking about it so much and start doing what feels right in my body, after all this is a big part of my teaching.
