Also is only way you will see results and those results are sustainable. Small changes to your life can make a world of difference if you are consistent.

23.01.2022 Let’s talk food.... as we all know it plays a huge role in our health and fitness. Food is fuel, it is medicine, we can’t live without it. However it is something that ALOT of people struggle with.....Eating healthy nutritious food.... Now I’m all for you need to live and be realistic, go to parties and go out for dinner etc. However it’s all about balance! Eat a healthy balanced diet, don’t over indulge, don’t complicate it, don’t starve yourself, do lots of food prep and enjoy it! Balance is the key

It’s school holidays here in NSW now so that means we will have little ones around me more often than normal.. but don’t let that stop you from moving your body daily... let them join in, make it a game, kids love to be involved and are always watching what you do!

12.01.2022 Happy Saturday What a crazy week it’s been here at HQ with our first online 8 week challenge kicking off!! So far I’m blown away with how hard all the participants having been working! Super impressed!! And remember it’s the weekend move your body, enjoy a cheat meal if you haven’t already. However stay focused on your goals, stay true to yourself... a weekend full of binge eating/drinking can effect your final results.
