18.01.2022 Fantastic news for travel agents! Additional funding is something I've been fighting hard for over many months to help travel agents keep trading during such a ...difficult period, and I'm excited to announce an additional $130 million is being provided to support them. On top of the the $128 million provided to around 3,000 travel agents during round 1 of the support package, round 2 will now see eligible travel agents and tour operators receive a second payment of between $7,500 and $100,000 to help them continue trading. Another great example of the Nationals working hard for you. I would just like to take the opportunity here to thank Kevin Weismantel and Nat from Weismantle Heavy Haulage and their staff for enabling the donated fodder to be handled in their yard at South Kempsey. They provided the yard and office space, the tractor, forklift and fuel to let this task happen. Also Peter O'Donnell for the use of his tractor and bale grab. Our data base had 80 Beef producers, 4824 Beef Cattle, 12 Dairy producers with 2400 Dairy Cattle and about 200 horses. We handled 15 Semis and B/double loads of donated fodder in three deliveries. Thanks to everyone who volunteered to help at all hours of the day and night, especially Dave Lamb and son in law Josh, Lawrence Weismantel, Billy McKiernan, Vince Samyia, Lisa Shaw, Bronwyn Shipton, Roger Shipton, Peter Livermore, Greg Allman, Belinda Allman, Adam Mascord, Peter Shaw, Drew Edwards, Derek Seam, Shannon Thomas, Darran Stephen, Chris Franey, Leon Robinson, Craig McGoldrick, Angela Bramley, Phoebe Bramley, Peter Dawson.
