22.01.2022 Good Morning Members, As you would be aware clubs have been given permission by the NSW Government to re-open from Monday 1st June 2020 with restrictions. At this stage we won't be in a position to re-open on this date. We are committed to re-opening our doors for your enjoyment as soon as possible. We are currently undertaking some renovations both internally in the club and externally with our entire roof currently under replacement from hail damage. ... Safety of our members and visitors is of our utmost priority and we are looking to open as soon as we possibly can. Our roof replacement creates a number of challenges for safety and providing essential services for our club to operate such as electricity to power the building just being one. The scaffolding was erected yesterday as the first step. We will keep you updated on developments and provide you with a more definitive answer in the coming week. Our changes are starting to take shape. We have extended our gaming room into our existing board room to allow for social distancing. This will provide us with greater capacity to have our installation fully operational when we re-open. Our board room has been relocated to the end of the auditorium with the stage being removed (as most artists play on the floor anyway) a wall has been put up and it will be a completely enclosed room for community meetings, board meetings etc. Our painting of these rooms will continue next week. All of our carpets and fabric seating is being steam cleaned next week. I must thank all the Board of Directors for all their voluntary work and Staff for their assistance during these times. Fortunately, our club has some great people that work very hard, so it is most pleasing that we will be able to provide members with these updates at very minimal cost. We are looking forward to welcoming you back to our great club as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding. Stay safe and well see you all very soon. Peter Hemingway Secretary Manager

16.01.2022 Dear Members, As you are aware we had to close due to a directive from the Federal Government on Monday 23rd March 2020. This was a very difficult time for all concerned. As you may or may not be aware Josh Landis, CEO of Clubs NSW and his team are meeting with the state government to plead a case for registered clubs to re-open sooner rather than later. ... Mr Landis has highlighted the fact that more than 500 clubs will not be in a position to re-open, many in regional areas. Rest assured, our club is in a good position to weather the Coronovirus closure during these unprecedented times. We are committed to our membership base, all community groups and our staff during this time of difficulty. Our staff are being looked after under the Job Keeper program and thanks must go to all staff for their understanding during this time. On a positive note, our club has received the approval of our application for the NSW Government Small Business Grant for $10,000. This will assist us with covering some of our fixed costs. We will keep you updated via our face book page as further information comes to light. We would encourage our members to download the COVID SAFE app to your phone to assist with the lifting of restrictions. We wish you all the best of health during this time. Peter Hemingway Secretary Manager
