02.01.2022 Members are reminded competition play will re-commence on Saturday 9 May 2020. Members Club Competitions will be conducted by the Committee on Wednesdays and Saturdays only from that date until further notice. Members are required to pay their competition fees directly into the Members Club bank account before they participate in a Members Club competition as cash payments at the pro shop are not available due to COVID-19 restrictions. Competition fees are $8 for both Wed...nesday and Saturday competitions. Members are requested to transfer payment of their competition fees into the Members Club bank account before the day of competition to enable the Committee to do their checks and balances before finalising the respective competition results. If a member has a guest playing, members must also transfer the guests competition fee. Members are requested to transfer a maximum of $16 for 2 competition fees at one time. The Committee does not have the resources to manage larger deposits that would require tracking and reconciliation. The bank account details for the Members Club are as follows: The Members Club Kennedy Bay BSB 633 000 Account No - 155414360 Reference Please include members name and date (day.month)of competition (e.g. G Nairn 9.5 for one Comp or G Nairn 9.5 13.5 if you deposit for two comps. If you do not include the name and date in the reference if makes it very difficult for the committee to reconcile the payments and finalise competition results. Note * Members who had paid in advance for competitions prior to the closure of the course due to COVID-19 will have their prepayment offset against the first competition round or rounds they play after the re-opening of the course.
