Every Kenyan must have the Huduma number or else you cant send money to your family neither to travel back to Kenya. 18.01.2022 Kenya High Commission Canberra Important Notice A. The Process of Huduma Namba Registration for Kenyan Diaspora:... 1. The respondent needs to log on the following portal: 2. https://diaspora.hudumanamba.go.ke 3. Click on REGISTER NOW, which takes you to Portal Login. 4. Click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT, which takes you to Create Account page. 5. Input your FIRST NAME and EMAIL address then click CREATE ACCOUNT. 6. An email will be sent to you with a USERNAME and PASSWORD, which you will use to register. B. To avoid interruption during the registration process, ensure that you have the following documents: 1. COMPULSORY primary document, which could be either Kenyan National Identity Card, Kenyan Passport or Birth Certificate. 2. You are also encouraged to provide as much information on your personal documents relating to Driving Licence, NHIF Card, NEMIS Card or number, KRA PIN Certificate or number and NSSF Number, among others. 3. Children below the age of six (6) are exempted from biometrics and photos, however, you will still need to bring them for confirmation purposes, along their REFERENCE and DOCUMENT numbers and their original registration documents (Kenyan birth certificate or passport). Children should be registered using their parents email address. C. Once you complete the online registration process and submit: 1. An Email will be sent to you confirming your online registration. 2. The email will provide a REFERENCE and DOCUMENT Numbers. D. Kindly make arrangements to present yourself to the Huduma Namba Registration Officer at the Kenya High Commission or in the designated venues in cities in Australia with: 1. REFERENCE Number 2. DOCUMENT Number 3. ORIGINAL primary document that is listed under (b) above. E. The Registration Officer will then take your FACIAL PHOTO and CAPTURE FINGERPRINTS (biometrics) as well as the documents presented.
