24.01.2022 I have been trying for years to get a photo of Geoff Hucker , founder of Beyond The Orphanage . This man does not stand still for long! So- I love this photo of him! I'm trying to take a group photo of our visit to Sano Paila (a little step) - He's still not standing still!!! But I got him!!

22.01.2022 Some of our young children were forced to work in circuses, in factories, or in prostitution. How can we not provide them with the right to trauma counselling? If you're on the fence about donating, you need to read this - now.

09.01.2022 This is my 'just don't panic' face. Asha, who is part of the Beyond The Orphanage and Sano Paila (a little step) project is training to be a beautician. She did a great job cutting my hair. Thanks Asha, Love the new do!

03.01.2022 Providing support to deaf and Trafficked women, Sano Paila (a little step) have started a new initiative in Kathmandu that provides training to women to make jewellery. Each piece is carefully and independently crafted by the artist and provides them an income. The project is designed to be self sustainable. A new website for the project is currently under construction along with a catalogue (with some very new photos that we did together!) I will let you know when it goes live. There's some absolutely beautiful pieces in the collection.

02.01.2022 My friend Nancy completed a 21 km run yesterday. She even did it 30 minutes faster than she thought possible! Great work Nancy :) She is so close to reaching her $750 goal. If you are able to contribute to her fundraiser for Beyond The Orphanage just follow the links.
