Thoroughly wet hair and shampoo well be sure to focus on the back and hairline, this removes your product, generally you won't get alot of "bubble" 2. Rinse and shampoo well again, this second shampoo will usually "bubble" much more and will leave your hair and scalp feeling very clean and will cleanse all the oils 3. Rinse and condition, when you condition it should be mid lengths and ends not directly on scalp as this will encourage oiliness, once you have applied mids to ends you can massage the conditioner in leave it in for a few moments your hair will soak it up and then rinse thoroughly
