23.01.2022 Hello all. We have been experiencing some oddities for sure last few days, mostly due to the bushfires. Some very scary moments for us. This all pales in comparison to the loss so many others nearby are experiencing. We haven’t been able to make it all the way to 5pm closing everyday due to the aforementioned. We wanted to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our awesome customers. As always, we’re delighted to serve you and its an honor to provide you the fruits of our labors. 15.01.2022 Well that’s a wrap! We have officially sold out of cherries for the season. Bittersweet, we’d love to keep going and see all the happy smiles that get our fruit but on the other hand we’re tired too! We had to make some decisions to NOT pick any further as the quality that comes off the trees is what’s most important to us. Definitely want y’all to remember good fruit not bad! The season has been different- early on we had struggled to have fruit ready to meet the demands of... our store routed and the shed door then the heat came and came hard! That pushed readiness of fruit very quickly, too quickly! This coupled with an already lighter yielding crop this year + the scare of the fires (which are still burning). We thank each and every one of you for your continued support each and every year! I love all of our customers very much! You’re the reason we can do this! We wish you joy, peace and health this season and in the new year to come! 11.01.2022 So, Nick Stromberg & Dan Stromberg (right to left) if Beacon Hemp.... And because they’ve removed Facebook reviews after more than one person wrote an honest one... Beacon Hemp... They’ll take your money (and a lot of it)...provide terrible genetics contrary to what their claims are! The stories I have will make your ears burn! They’re in cahoots with some pretty bad seed brokers in the industry while claiming to have no ties to any of them. Litigation, lawsuits, lies, GARBAG...E genetics are what linger around these people. I’ve witnessed firsthand several fields completely fail with seed derived from them in one way or another. Our own fields farmed to the highest degree of management, ideal water, good soils and proper fertility regime resulted in worthless hemp. Plants that have little to no cannabinoid content have ZERO value in the hemp world. These guys are out for their own gain very clearly. Far too much corruption. Which is why you will need to sign a poorly written MTA from them if you’re unfortunate enough to buy seed from these guys. For the record, there are many great companies and people out there doing the hemp thing but Beacon is not one of them.
