10.01.2022 Definitely one of our designs the simplicity and minimalism is on point. The Mali Rae wallet was designed using a digitally rendered pattern printed onto leather. Which is actually harder then it seems. Initial prototypes resulted in the white areas blending with the natural tan patina of the leather. But after many attempts we created a block white pigment that created the vibrant and slightly contrasted finish. Along with the super slim lined style we ensure you this littl...e lady will last you a lifetime. We prefer slow fashion rather than fast throw away fashion.
08.01.2022 Well we don’t normally share about the designer KESA + KONC Cecilia Arendsen, but we are in a time were corporate companies are no longer the leaders. People want to support and connect to the creative people behind a brand and the products that they pour their heart and soul into. So I will be sharing a few stories about our beginnings. ... KESA + KONC has actually been in the handbag game since 2014. Yes a long time we started initially as some of you recall as KESA DESIGN, we only sold to the wholesale market. My background is a cross arts platform in interior design, photography, set design and product development. I actually worked for Kelly Lane homewares and yes was responsible for some of those pieces with frangipanis and surfboards homewares. We decided on KESA as it means many things one being Summer in Finnish and my background being born in Sweden and a family heritage from Finland which seemed like the perfect fit! Yes I have the refusal to give up SISU in my blood! So when you see a KESA piece you know a little about our grass roots and who creates them from a simple sketch to a beautiful piece.
