25.01.2022 The one-day Venturer Flight Experience is a new opportunity at the Scouts Australia NSW Air Activity Centre, introduced to give all Venturer Scouts the opportunity to pilot an aeroplane. The Venturer Flight Experience is open to both individuals and groups of 3-6 Venturer Scouts, putting them in the pilot's seat for their first hour of hands-on flying training! Here, Venturers will learn lessons in aircraft ground handling and refuelling, as well as pre-and post-flight brief...ings. It's essentially a precursor to the Air Venture Flying Camp, where Venturers can continue their training and continue their experiences and learnings. If you're a Venturer Scout on the lookout for your next challenge, why not give it a go? Better still, why not get your Venturer Unit together for a Venturer Flight Experience and an unforgettable day.
