16.01.2022 We are pleased to announce the launch of GROW Community, a free social gardening program for refugees and people seeking asylum! GROW Community will commence in February and run weekly at our Peppertree Place site in Coburg. Participants will have the opportunity to meet others in their community, learn how to grow vegetables, propagate plants and enjoy morning tea and lunch together each week. 16.01.2022 We had hoped to bring you our annual KHG Autumn Fair on Saturday the 17th of April but unfortunately the restrictions and social distancing requirements have meant we are unable to proceed with this popular event. Glen Eira City Council has initiated this project as part of developing A Community for All Abilities and Kevin Heinze Grow is delivering this project for the community on Council’s behalf. 11.01.2022 There are still spaces available in our Moreland Men's Group at Peppertree Place! The Moreland Men's group runs on Tuesdays from 9am to 12pm at Peppertree Place (512 Sydney Rd, Coburg). Each week, the group undertake a range of practical activities such as garden maintenance tasks and small-scale construction projects. This program is funded by @MorelandCityCouncil 's Community Grants Program and free to attend for men living in Moreland.
