25.01.2022 What are you worrying about? I find the best way to deal with worry is to set aside maybe 5mins in my day (use a timer!) where I wrestle with worry. That means:... Acknowledge it, write it down, talk to someone about it, then come up with a plan to deal with it. Often talking to someone can help you formulate the plan and next steps, and often the next steps can be to simply just recognize you need to deal with this tomorrow or when you arent tired. Dont let the worry just keep running wild in your brain! Rein it in. See more

18.01.2022 Good morning. Here we are a couple of weeks into the new year. Ahead of us is a year of endless opportunities for us to grow and develop ourselves to become what we are designed for. My challenge is simply the question of what have you decided to do differently this year that will improve your life and bring you closer to the life you desire. We can make new year resolutions and all that but unless our decisions for change are totally unconditional then the chances of change are unlikely.
