25.01.2022 Today I celebrate 28 years with Dale Alcock Homes. I started on the 8th April in 1992, a young family with 2 children under 4 years old. It was a new industry for me after selling cars prior to New Homes. There is a lot of reasons why I have stayed at Dale Alcock Homes for so long and in times like this it is really clear to me why. Dale has always been a leader in the industry and despite the ups and downs in the market, the trust, quality and strength of Dale Alcock Homes h...as underpinned the companys success. After helping over 1,000 families into new homes, I feel confident and excited about the future holds. For a bit of fun, I have attached the price list from 1993 of my display home The New Flair, it was a top selling 3 bedroom home with a single garage with deluxe price of $46,566! The $10,000 First Home Owner Grant and stamp duty concessions still apply, meaning some WA first homebuyers could qualify for up to a $69,440 benefit. If youre on the fence, this is definitely worth serious consideration

04.01.2022 I remember the days when interest rates were 17%. It wasnt long after wed had our first daughter Haylee and then in 1990 we had Brad and they were still at all time highs. It is pretty amazing to see such a change to today in 2020 at historic lows of 0.25%. I know for some this can be an uncertain time but I cant deny that it is a great time to take advantage of the low interest rates and start the dream of home ownership.
