23.01.2022 Last time I did this the kids found over a hundred straws in the rocks.

21.01.2022 I think theres something in this blog for everyone ~ maybe its one of my suggested "tweaks". Thank you for your time. x

20.01.2022 This runs in conjunction with my blog. There is some really good research showing the importance of these activities to prevent further thinning of the bones.

11.01.2022 I follow this chick - her workouts are great. I dont necessarily approve of her core exercise mentioned in the article (build up slowly to it at least ), but her motivation, attitude and consistent approach to fitness is inspiring.

11.01.2022 OMG! Please take this bowl of pate away from me! This is so good. Chicken livers are an amazing source of B vitamins and this is the most scrumptious way to eat them. It freezes well too so you never need to be without!

10.01.2022 I listened to this amazing podcast about how exercise literally makes you smarter. Seriously! I have tried to break it down into the most important bits.... otherwise scroll down to the "practical tips"... Thank you x

10.01.2022 I was so jack of my family refusing to eat any new fruit and veggies that I declared this Vegetarian Week... Minimal success: my 11 year old ate an apple for the second time in his life! Then they ate this yummy plate of goodness. https://www.delicious.com.au//da193758-753b-4b2d-b958-885f https://paleomg.com/roasted-beet-carrot-salad-with-honey-t/

10.01.2022 What do you do when you dont have any equipment to do a home workout? EASY! By just using your bodyweight and whatever you have around, you can get an awesome workout. One of my favourite no equipment workouts is this:... Start with one rep each of: *a squat *a push up *a burpee *a jump squat *a mountain climber (left and right leg = 1 rep) Then do 2 squats; 2 push ups; 2 burpees; 2 jump squats; 2 mountain climbers... Then 3 reps of each exercse.... So on up to 10 reps of each exercise. Then 9 reps of each... 8 reps of each.... And so on back down to 1 rep of each exercise. I promise you that youll be nice and sweaty, youll really feel like youve done a great work out and you havent even moved off your mat or towel! Go on! Just do it! (If its genuinely too much for you, take a note of how many reps you got up to and just try to beat that number next time in 2-3 days time.) If you want a personal or group training sessions, please book via my website: www.keyfitnesspt.com.au Cheers
