19.01.2022 Holidays! I will be away for a few days this week so I have modified our classes just for this week. Thursday 5:45pm will run on WEDNESDAY at 5:45pm Friday 8:45am will run on THURSDAY at 8:45am.... Please just book into the classes for next week as normal but know that those two classes will run at the times above (it saves me from cancelling them and scheduling a one off class at the alternate times). KF

19.01.2022 No doubt there are some sore spots after this one. All you need is 1x dumbbell! Rest your dumbbell on the shoulder on the same side as the leg you're lunging. Give it a go, but remember, don't split the reps - do them all as one set. This one is as much about determination and self belief as it is about fitness and ability! . #KFFitness
