Below she is taking her mock client through a 1RM strength fitness assessment, part of the practical unit. I’ve always said if I can support others in their fitness studies, I will!



23.01.2022 Join me in the Body Beautiful Series! My confidence took a Tumble within this industry personally and professionally. You may have noticed I have been quite within the social media scene of late. ... I have recently gone back to TAFE to study, which was a huge step for me and one I am happy I took. I needed a little bit of time to get myself into a routine though as I am back at school 3 days per week. I also have 2 primary school aged children, I work and as we all know life can sometime get a little hectic. Thank you all for you understanding throughout this time, as I’ve been a little unsure of my future within this industry and the services I can offer and where I am heading. I wanted to take this time to personally let you know, that I will be taking bookings for sessions for Wednesday’s & Fridays as of this week, including outdoor, indoor & at home sessions. I will put out an updated flyer in the next couple of days. If you require a flyer on my packages & prices, in the mean time, please let me know. I also offer online programs & schedule combos that you can use at home or at the gym. Alternatively you can visit my website for more information. The other reason I recently took a step back was because.... My confidence within the industry took a tumble! So I have decided to begin the body beautiful series. For myself and for anyone else that wants to be part of it. It’s not about offering PT sessions and packages, it’s about supporting each other, being open, honest & real. Learning to love our bodies and all that our bodies do for us. Looking at our bodies and feeling beautiful. I’m a a size 14 personal trainer with hips, a belly and cellulite. I personally have had my own confidence and body issues throughout my own personal fitness journey and also being a fitness professional within a world of competition, muscles and perfection. I felt like I had to look a certain way to be accepted and fit in as a professional within this industry. Well quite frankly, that is BS and I am happy to be a size 14. My size, age, weight or background does not defy me!!! Through self reflection and self care plans, I am learning a lot about myself, I’m beginning to realise, that my body is amazing, my belly is beautiful. I know I am healthy and work my ass off to be healthy. There a going to be days when my confidence still takes a tumble. When that little voice in my heads tells me I am not worthy . 14.01.2022 #Goals Here is one of my clients doing a 45kg hex bar Deadlift. Hitting new goals every session! We have been using the 4 week RESULTS phase programs & today my client hit new levels. Not only does she train hard in her PT sessions, she works hard on her nutrition, wellness & improving her overall health.... My client recently started a RESULTS Package Offer and increased her training to 3 days per week. With personalised 4 week phase programs, nutritional guidance , accountability coaching & more ... We are working on a upper/lower body split strength & resistance program to increase muscle strength, power, functional foundation movements & tone. An core & conditioning program has been added to increase core strength, cardiovascular fitness & endurance. Session 1: Upper Body Session 2: Lower Body/Leg day Session 3: Core with Full Body Conditioning Before photos have been taken & an In Body scan analysis has been completed for in-depth body composition. This type of commitment is what is needed to really hit those goals & see Life changing RESULTS!! My client is already feeling & seeing the efforts of her hard work. She is kicking her goals, by staying consistent with her training, eating healthier, tracking her progress & having accountability coaching in place. This girl is a superstar!

05.01.2022 FB Booking Systems Changes: I’m currently having issues with my Facebook booking system. It not playing nicely with me at all & I’ve spent hours on it . I’m currently unable to update or cancel client appointments through FB. You can still contact me via FB Messages & book in a session. ... If this affects you. Apologies in advance. I’m going to use goggle calendar for all appointment bookings. If you have google calendar, your PT sessions & appointments should automatically connect and add to your calendar. If you have any issues, please let me know. If you currently have a booking through FB and there have been changes to your sessions or cancellation, please disregard the FB booking system and focus on goggle. I know it maybe a little frustrating see 2 different appointments systems, times & dates. I hope to have it sorted out sooner the later.
