15.01.2022 A report following the urgent inquiry into the death of Ann Marie Smith has highlighted the importance of "regular supervision of in-home workers as a condition of (NDIS) registration" in addition to other recommendations. It can be challenging as a small business operator to provide effective supervision for in home care workers. This is a sad but timely reminder of how important it is to overcome those challenges and the possible result of failing to do so.
