21.01.2022 Nothing makes us prouder right now than this post. One of the most challenging aspects of being aboard a vessel, is maintaining fresh produce. Paddy Broughton (...and crew) have just sailed from Sydney Harbour to LA to compete in the TransPac race. A bucket list item for my dad. This message brought a tear to my eye - we’re doing our bit to make a difference. Kialoa II Lettuce bought in Honolulu kept for 2 weeks in WGB bags, kept damp, in the fridge.
