22.01.2022 Still standing after smashing his sprawl test with a time that was 1 min 25 sec better than his last attempt six months ago! Whether your goals relate to fitness, technique, grading, decision making, or any other aspect of krav maga, regular private sessions can help get you there. Outstanding work Jared!
22.01.2022 In Melbourne learning new games and drills to make our students safer! Cant wait to incorporate them into upcoming terms and seminars. Remember regular classes start back this week!

14.01.2022 Students in our Junior class (10-15 years) would have received an email last night about our new safety equipment requirements. If you havent received it, please let us know. Exciting times ahead!

12.01.2022 Heres another list of resources for those who choose to keep their kids home during this time. 10.01.2022 Bulimba students: we won't have access to the hall this week so we'll be training in the park next door. Since we're not in the hall, we've been asked not to use the car park so please make sure you park on the street. As with all outdoor training, I'll have sunscreen available for use and you're welcome to wear any sun safe clothes (long sleeves, hat, etc) that you want. ... See you there!
10.01.2022 Check out our new flyers! Make sure you grab some in class, then pass them to your friends and families so they can join our Krav crew!

06.01.2022 Hi Kickstarters! As part of a proactive defence against COVID-19, we are moving to an online delivery structure next week. Current students should check their emails for more details (let me know if you havent received it) but the short version is:... - this weeks classes will be held in the park adjacent to our training venues - they will give details on how to train at home (spoiler: caregivers will play a role) - further details about online classes will follow once weve worked out the tech - limited stock of training equipment will be available for purchase/hire - youll have the opportunity to train twice per week (at least for the rest of this term) As always, call or email us with any questions or concerns. Former students who would like to participate in this new delivery method should also contact us!
06.01.2022 I've had a few people ask me this week about what to do if/when their kids need/choose to stay home from school. There is a group of homeschoolers offering a stack of resources and advice that you might find useful. I'll provide the link to that group in comments below, but before you get there, please have a read of this post that appears to have come from primary school principal somewhere in the world. Secondary school is a bit different, but kids should have a reasonable ...ability to self-educate (if not, this is a great time to acquire one!). Note that I am *not* trying to undermine your teachers, or any advice they may give you - and of course education is important - but hopefully adding a dash of perspective to this temporary situation will alleviate some anxiety for some of you. You'll need all the calm you can muster over the coming weeks and months.

03.01.2022 Someone on Bertha street is having a party and all their guests have decided to steal our parking spaces. Best to arrive a bit early if you can because you might have a small hike to get to us.
02.01.2022 Awesome effort from everyone today! Lots of exhausted but happy faces. Congrats to you all, including Kickstarters most senior student, Jared for passing his test. Great work everyone!

01.01.2022 A reminder to all that there wont be any classes today or tomorrow as we say our final farewells to the truest ANZAC we know. A veteran of three combat tours, as well as raising two daughters (one of whom is my wife) William Edward Harris has our eternal gratitude. How his 57" frame ever filled the giant hole he has left in all our hearts I will never know.... Loving, learning from, and being loved by him will forever remain one of our greatest endeavours. Vale Billy.
