24.01.2022 So I’ve been quite AWOL on the drawing front. I blame the day job (which has gone a bit mental with Covid), but it’s probably just as much me being easily distracted. But I am working on a couple of things. This is a little sneak preview. The zebras are my big thing, and then I’m working on the dog when I don’t have the time to really get stuck in to the zebras. Hopefully some finished work coming soon! Determined to have the zebras done by the end of the month.

21.01.2022 Just finished some updates to my website: got a new domain since I’m no longer based out of the UK, though the old domain will still work until partway through next year. 12.01.2022 Working on something a bit different at the moment. I'm trying to get the same level of detail that I usually do, but with an array of different colours as opposed to full realism. The main difference I'm noticing is that a lot of the detail is going to have to be added at the end to allow the different blocks of colour to not seem disjointed. ... #workinprogress #caracal #unusualanimals #animalart

05.01.2022 Finished my drawing of a caracal last night. I’m pretty please with the final result. It’s very different to what I’m used to doing, but it gave me the chance to experiment a bit.
