20.01.2022 A big congratulations to the winner of our market competition! You have won a free survival course for your son Thomas!

19.01.2022 Weve been absolutely inundated with messages from excited parents and their little swimmers! Although the easing of restrictions is allowing pools to re-open, this looks to be for recreational and professional swimming only (not learn to swim). We will be contacting our local council tomorrow to ask for permission to resume lessons earlier given our 1:1 nature and our low patron numbers. ... Additional precautions (closed play area and showers, additional cleaning) will remain in place until further notice. WE WILL KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED!! https://www.heraldsun.com.au//a36fa803727be4bcd462f0e3f968

18.01.2022 KASS provides more than just swimming lessons. We live and breathe drowning prevention. At an age where children are so vulnerable around water, we strongly believe that aquatic survival skills need to be a priority. It is not just an activity. Its a lifesaving skill.

17.01.2022 Love a good listener!!

17.01.2022 Oh how we miss our little swimmers! With the governments 3 step roll-out to the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, KASS Dingley and Hoppers Crossing is slowly but surely working towards re-opening and resuming lessons in the near future. If you would like to register your child for our intensive swim-survival course, we are now taking bookings and allocating time-slots. Please contact our office on 1800 543 779 to enrol in the program.... All existing survival and transitional students will be re-enrolled into their usual timeslots/days for our return (estimated to be June/July 2020). Once we have an exact date emails and text messages will be sent out to update all parents. Any outstanding transitional lessons from term 1 will be applied to your account. Once term dates are set, you will be able to use the parent portal to book these make-up lessons in. We have had many requests for multiple transitional lessons per week as a refresher period. Please email or message Ana on 0421 131 383 if youre interested in this. We will do our best to accommodate everybody the best we can. In the meantime, please keep healthy, keep safe, and keep warm

15.01.2022 A stark reminder that accidents happen to even the most vigilent and cautious of families. 2020 is a particular year. Lockdowns have made it impossible for children to have any exposure to water education for most of the year.... As the weather warms up, the lack of practice and regression in skills means we need to be extra watchful, extra careful, and remind our children more often on the dangers of water. RIP little one. Our thoughts are with your family and close ones in grieving your loss.

14.01.2022 A brief update on additional safety measures taken at both KASS locations in Melbourne to maximize the health and safety of our patrons. Lessons will continue as per usual unless informed otherwise. - We ask for one adult/carer per child attend lessons to minimise the number of attendees at the swim venue - Wash hands on arrival with soap and running water, for at least 20 seconds... - If possible, please shower your child at home after the lesson. This will assist with social distancing as people can leave sooner after their lesson - Try not to touch your eyes, nose or mouth - Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you dont have a tissue cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow - Utilise the hand sanitizers/tissues offered in our pool areas - Isolate yourself and others in your household for 14 days if you/they have been overseas - Inform us should you have corona illness like symptoms so we can put other families on higher alert - We have temporarily packed away all toys in our play area to minimise the spread of germs and and allow a quicker turn around after lessons - We have upped our centres pool cleaning procedures and will continue to adhere to strict sanitization guidelines of our pool water. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank-you for your co-operation in the above to minimize the risk to all staff, students and their families.

01.01.2022 "At 18 months, he was a fast, curious boy. Always on the move. That July, it only took 5 minutes for Jackson to seize an opportunity and find our pool unsupervised. Ill never know if he accidentally fell in or jumped in... All I know is that I wasnt there to catch him, and my heart is forever broken. Survival swimming lessons would have saved his life. Please choose your swimming lessons wisely".... https://www.parentspreventingchildhooddrowning.com//a-moth
