There is so much shifting and you may have been feeling emotional, tired or unmotivated, as well as revisiting old patterns and wounds. SELF-CARE IS VITAL AT THIS TIME OF RELEASE. Take a few minutes today for this brief ritual to anchor you into the light of your own being. 1. Find a peaceful place to sit and receive the suns rays. 2.
