24.01.2022 This week at Kids Fit Future: our amazing little champs are enjoying our food relays where they must sort foods into everyday foods and sometimes foods . We are having lots of fun and learning about the importance of balance when eating these foods.

19.01.2022 A great holiday activity for the kids is to make an obstacle course in the backyard! Let them choose some exercises to add to the course such as bear walks, balancing on a rope, star jumps or dribbling a ball around markers. No fancy equipment needed, use what’s around the house & have fun!

13.01.2022 Skipping is a fun and easy to learn skill for children. It requires a small space to do it which makes it a great way for kids to stay active while we are all in isolation.
