24.01.2022 First, think. Second, dream. Third, believe. Fourth, dare. You all know that I’m tackling a gigantic 25,000 kilometre triathlon throughout 2020-2021 in order to raise funds to protect our ocean against plastic pollution. Well, after a lot of thought and consideration, Endurothon Oz has decided to change its fundraising target to $10M. We want to inspire milllions to take action against plastic pollution; while installing technologies that will help decrease the amount of p...lastic entering our oceans every year. The original $1M would have only created a splash, we want to work towards a permanent change. No doubt it’s ambitious, but if you dare to dream, dream big. Bring it on! #goblueau #endurothonoz
17.01.2022 Chatting to the Lilydale Township Action Group about Endurothon Oz . It was incredible to chat to members of our local community about the inspiration behind Endurothon Oz. We really dove deep into the facts behind plastic pollution, the science behind the health complications with plastic and most importantly what we aim to achieve. I feel confident enough to say that everyone walked away with a little bit of inspiration, but also more educated on a very important topic. 08.01.2022 Endurothon Oz is connecting ultra endurance athletes to the ocean for a common cause. Not only to stop plastic pollution, but to educate all Australians on keeping our environment clean. I am unbelievably proud to have another incredible endurance athlete sharing my vision. Peter Stuart will be swimming some of Australia’s toughest swims. He will be finishing up with one of the most challenging, dangerous swims in the world; the English Channel. All in order to raise funds ...for my organisation Endurothon Oz All funds raised by Peter will go towards our fundraising goal of $10M and in turn, will go directly towards decreasing the amount of plastic entering our oceans/environment. 03.01.2022 The car broke down at work. So, naturally I took the opportunity to get some kilometres in the legs by running home. The mid day sun was HOT! Especially when you’re running along the road. Unfortunately I wasn’t prepared, but I definitely needed some Sunbutter sunscreen on. I’ll be feeling the sunburn tomorrow #goblueau #endurothonoz
