13.01.2022 It's been awhile but I just want to make an appreciation post to my client Porscha for all the hard work and dedication she has put into her training she is competing for bikini comps in May and has officially started the plan at the beginning of Feb we have had some hurdles regarding food and her being sick but sorted all those out and now she is back on track and dropping 2% body fat within 2 week! and looking amazing I am really proud of you chick your always in with energy and I love our chats we have in training keep it up and let's win this comp
