25.01.2022 Need a quick lunch fix for the kiddos (or yourself)? These Cheese and bacon rolls are done in 40minutes, perfect when you have little time. During school holidays you probably do some day trips and as fun as they are, you always end up spending too much money on take out food (who has heard 'im hungry' over the last week?). Making the rolls yourself will save you money plus you can control what goes into them. No preservatives or nasties. 24.01.2022 It's getting cold out there which makes for perfect soup weather. There are so many different soups you can easily whip up in Thermie. This Tomato soup is special to me as my mum used to make it for me as a child in our TM21. The recipe has barely changed and just the smell of it brings me right back into my childhood. Whats your favorite soup to warm up this winter?

23.01.2022 Quark is a German style cottage cheese that's really tricky to find over here. I love how Cookidoo allows me to make it from scratch so I can enjoy all my favorite dishes. It is such a versatile cheese, sweet or savory the possibilities are endless and its prefect for baking. I want to make some quark Easter bunnies later so I have to make some quark first.... Have you ever tried it before?

I had too much yoghurt that i couldn't eat by tomorrow so im turning into lovely bread rolls. Best part the dough doesn't have to rise so its a super quick recipe, perfect for breakfast. 16.01.2022 I still have some Quark leftover i made a couple of days ago. This time I'm using it in a savory recipe to have with potatoes. You could use cream cheese or ricotta (or both) to make this dip or try making your own quark. I steamed the potatoes in the varoma while i walked the doggos and now i can quickly whip up a late lunch.

I have a few tricks for you along the way to help you with your thermie. The taste will remind me of my favorite ice cream as a child. Luke and I had a debate on what it was called. We called it Split, its vanilla ice cream on a stick covered in passion fruit sauce. ... Do you know the one im talking about?

07.01.2022 I hope you all had a wonderful weekend full of treats. Easter is almost over so I quickly wanted to make these adorable bunnie buns with you. I made the quark (cheese) for it yesterday which will make the buns light and fluffy.... These rolls will be a great morning tea snack and can be any shape so you can can eat them all year round.

04.01.2022 Spreads are so easy to make in your Thermie. Today we're making peanut butter to use in the satay sauce for dinner. You are in control on how smooth or crunchy it will be and how salty you like it. You can also change up the nuts to make macadamia butter for example. What nuts will you use next time?

02.01.2022 Back home we call it zopf. Its a sweet brioche braid that for Easter we turn into wreath and fill it with coloured eggs. I might be too egg-cited for Easter and already made the first of many for the next few weeks.
