Claude is a man on a mission and has pushed his mower through every state (including Tasmania) raising money for Bravehearts, which is an organisation dedicated to educating, empowering and protecting Aussie children, from Sexual abuse. He has raised over $1.6 million dollars! Walked over 23,000km.. Been through 93 pairs of thongs! For 13 years Claude has been dedicating 5 mo...nths out of the year to push his mower and raise money! This farming family, are very down to earth & are very passionate about their cattle, ensuring they are raised in a sustainable & stress free environment.... Come on down, show your support and buy some of their Mouth watering BEEF! (You will not find anything like it from any supermarket) The Pomona Country Markets is held in the center of town. 7am - 11. 30am. There'll be plenty for everyone!! See you there!!!!

It is not our usual weekend but with Summer around the corner and all this predicted rain.. NOW is the time to get into the garden. ... A quick reminder of what will be on the back of the truck this Saturday...... Our famous Composted Cow Poo (If you are having trouble comprehending what composted Poo looks like - imagine rich black soil and you are there!!!) This is 18 months in the making...... Mushroom Compost, The World's Best Potting Mix. Lushish Seedling Mix. Hardwood Sawdust. Sugar Cane Bales. Blocks of Coir. Look for the farm truck at the end of the path. If you have a garden questions come on down for a chat - We love a chat and love nothing more than talking Shit. We do it all day!!! See you Saturday!

This Saturday 12th Sept Paul Aloha Sings the Greats will be singing on the stage facing the open grass area at Stan Topper Park. Bring a PICNIC BLANKET or a chair and get your groove on . The LIVE MUSIC will start at 8.30am - 11.30am... Paul is well known in the area for his Elvis impersonation and will be performing some of Elvis's greatest hits. Plus songs from other famous artists. Food on offer WITHIN the market.. Little Boy Blue: Coffee, Tea, cakes.. Dhoms Kitchen: Chicken satay sticks, spring rolls.. Or a Picnic hamper!!!! Please be cautious of social distancing (there is plenty of room for everyone on the open grass area to remain 1.5m apart or more. Sanitiser is available at the entrance of the market.
