12.01.2022 Having children is only hard in the fact that your life is no longer about you, you can't be selfish & ignore your unhealthy habits & patterns anymore you can't suppress your emotions & let loose your rage with no regrets. Your children will teach you how to love yourself unconditionally, they will show you your inner traumas & trigger your wounded inner child. becoming a parent is a gift guiding you back within. 11.01.2022 This week was my first week back massaging after a very long maternity leave thanks to my suprise 3rd baby. It was honestly a hard adjustment my body isn't used to this physical work anymore & my energy body is still so heightened from always being on go, it took me a while to ground back down & become fully present for my clients. One thing starting back to work gifted me was a new appreciation & presence with my girls, time apart really does make the heart grow fonder
