Pick some fresh red Russian kale at our farm cook with calramari of course added fresh cream and white wine quite yummy! most people use kale as salad I found also delicious when you stirfry them or steamed serve with oyster sauce or cook with Worcestershire sauce are both good even taste better Having pack of probiotic beetroot kimchi so good!.
05.01.2022 Tonight I made Napa cabbage salad. I craved something different flavour that boost taste of beautiful rib eye fillet.. it was refresh clean dressing sauce made with soy and sesame oil zest lemon juice sprinkles native pepper berries salt from 41th south just brings perfect combination.

01.01.2022 I always want to make rice wine which I made 5 days ago it looks good so far actively fermenting as many bubbles appears sounds processing..here pop! there pop! Looking forward to see how it goes as I able to collect sake or makgoli.. it is very strong probiotic contents as long as add more water reduce level of alchole... its teste like a bit sour and sweet also fizzy. Can't wait to see.
