25.01.2022 A study has linked fluoride to lower IQ in children, but unfortunately the recommendation they're giving is for pregnant women to drink bottled water instead of fluoridated tap water. NO! Bottled water contains BPA that has leached from the plastic bottle into the water, so it's just another nasty chemical to affect your baby. Your best option is to buy a water filter that removes fluoride as well as other contaminants. Better for the environment, and better for you and you...r children. 24.01.2022 A producer at Today Tonight has contacted me and they're looking for a couple who have been having trouble conceiving to be interviewed. The questions they will ask include the following: How long have you been trying to have a baby? How long did you think it would take? How has the journey been for you as time goes on without success? ... How emotional does it become when you realise the reality of conception is not how you dreamed it would occur? Does that make the conception when it does occur that much more sweet? How will you react when you finally do fall pregnant? The segment itself is on a particular food compound that is shown to improve sperm, but they're just looking for a couple to show the impact of fertility on real people. They may also be open to couples who have already conceived after a tough journey as well. Let me know if you're interested.

20.01.2022 Healthier Hot Cross Buns These are absolutely delicious and don't contain any weird additives like the ones from the supermarket. I based the recipe on @lazycatkitchen 'Vegan Hot Cross Buns' but I swapped the applesauce with 1 organic free range egg. I also omitted the sugar altogether. It's not needed when you're using sultanas, they add plenty of sweetness.... I made the glaze with @clare_and_fleur_events Mum's homemade marmalade. 13.01.2022 I love this clinic. It's such a calming space for people to come and improve their health. Earlier in the week there were 3 cement mixers parked outside (what can you do, it's St Leonards?!) And every patient still managed to fall asleep during their treatment....
