19.01.2022 Sea urchin butter -250g salted butter -50g sea urchin (kina) -zest of 1 lemon -jucie of 1/2 a lemon... -1 bunch of chives Method 1. Make sure butter is soft 2. Place kina into a blender or food processor untill smooth 3. Add butter, lemon zest and juice then blend untill well combined 4. Stir in chives 5. Chill in fridge or freezer untill needed Enjoy
