12.01.2022 Just over a week into lambing. It has been great weather, heavy frosts most mornings but beautiful sunny days for lambs to play. This is Wrinkles a 7 year old ewe, with her good sized twin lambs she dropped on Friday afternoon. A ewe that always weans heavy lambs every year without fail has again earned her place in the flock for the 2020 lambing. And I might have a bit of a soft spot for her too...

07.01.2022 We are Australian (part time) farmers. It is no secret that we didn't grow up in this industry. We got our foot in the door, liked what we saw, and now we're here for the long haul. We love having our friends visit from 'the city' and showing them around, sharing what we do. Having a conversation about 'the big things' - climate change, the environment, animal welfare, the choices we make about food. Talking about where agriculture fits. Where we fit....
